Two Gardens

These two young women were exclaiming over an earthworm they had found in the garden—they were so joyful and sweet and full of life. It made me happy just to be in their radiant company for a moment, and it gave me hope.
The Extra is a different kind of display altogether, and, I have to say, after realizing my weeding days may be numbered, it too has a certain appeal.

Got a message from the computer repair shop: there is a large power outage in their neighborhood so no work will be done today.
