Santa Claus is coming to town...

When one wakes up on 2nd April to the sound of Aled Jones' dulcet tones warbling walking through the air;  when one bids one's son a cheery good morning only to discover his attention is fully taken up by Dolly Parton's Christmas special on TV, and when one notices the message on said son's light box says Merry Christmas, one should not be in the least bit surprised when Santa pops in for a cuppa and a snowball!  :-))

All of that is true, well apart from Santa popping in....it's actually Ashleigh, who took Alan skiing at Braehead today but forgot to take the fleecy blanket that usually covers his legs as he whizzes down he slope.   

When she expressed concern to the ski staff about Alan getting cold , she was told not to worry, they would get something fleecy for him, and before she could say We Wish You a Merry Christmas, they produced this Santa suit! 

Hahahahahahahahaha....they couldn't have chosen a more appropriate fleecy substitute for Mr Christmas-isn't-just-for-Christmas and it did the trick.  Then they said he could keep it!  

And lo, the fading sound of Dolly singing go tell it on the mountain, tells us we are almost at the end of another ordinary day, in the life of the ordinary Damnonii household.
