I went down to Plymouth this afternoon but this time instead of blatting down the Devon Expressway, I decided to detour over the moor. It adds about half an hour to the journey but it avoids much of the Plymouth congestion. I was pleased to find my brother seeming generally brighter and when, knowing the traffic would be busy I went back the way I'd come.

It's Wideangle Wednesday (hosted by Freyjad this week) and the theme this week is Water in its various forms. My route took me past Dartmeet, the Dartmoor beauty spot so I stopped. This is a 3 shot panorama of the medieval clapper bridge and the modern (1792) bridge is behind it. It was a lovely evening and the  low sun has lit the foliage nicely.
