Tiny Tuesday ....

.... Bumble bee. 

I could have just as easily posted another picture of the beautiful female hummer but I really liked this bumble bee shot!  I don't know how I managed to get his wings to look like that but I'm happy I did!

The hummer has been very busy at our flowers today .... and with chasing the other female hummer away.  There was a time that I watched them chasing each other for what had to be no less than 5 minutes! In this heat (91°F. ) that can't be easy or good for them!  It must expend a lot of energy. 

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
