HOLLY LEAVES

Took codeine before bed and slept late today ( very late ).  For breakfast I had " Eggy Bread " with maple syrup and blueberries.  Yummy.

The I had a choice - gardening or ironing.  Not really keen on doing either but both needed doing.  As the weather was dry I decided gardening would be the better choice.  I tackled some overgrown bushes.  And then I gathered together as many of the fallen holly leaves as I could.  When they are dry holly leaves are sharp like needles.  They stick into the soles of your shoes.  They prick your feet if you are wearing sandals. They even prick your fingers through gardening gloves. Clearing them up is not a job I enjoy.  But at least I got a blip out of them. ( Emergency Blip ).  It started raining before I was finished but I carried on until the green garden waste bin was full.

Feeling rather exhausted this evening and my knee is painful.  However I remembered I have a TENS machine - and managed to actually find it ... so I'm going to try it out and see if it helps.
