Rat

Maddy needed a rat for dress ups at school so she made one from Leo’s old sock. I thought it had lots of character.

I spent a few hours helping Nina who burnt her hand and has it in a bandage and sling. She needs another week off work and isn’t allowed to do any housework. Very frustrating. I did some cleaning then made pikelets for the kids after school.

Tonight I’m reading the Fast 800 diet book which is an update to the 8 week blood sugar diet. I’ve lost some weight and am having a bit more food this week. I don’t have diabetes but want to feel more healthy overall. It’s nice to have people notice your weight loss. My Blood Pressure is lower and my clothes are loose which is nice.
