Men

Our last night in Meteora and our last dinner at the Gardenia. Having to say goodbye to these three young men who have the art of hospitality down to a T. We know how hard they work to greet their guests every night with a smile on their faces, speaking pleasantries in English, French, German and Italian. 

Today was hot and sunny and we hiked up to the final two of the six active monasteries - Grand Meteora and St Nicholas (my favourite). In the evening we went for another walk, up to the iconic Devil's Tower. So..over 19,000 sweaty steps.

Tomorrow morning we start the long journey home, via Kalambaka, Athens, Manchester and St Helen's..
