But mild enough this afternoon for these little Colchicum cupanii to open their flowers for a while.  A dainty species, ideally suited to rock garden and alpine beds, it's been hardy outside here for years.

Church, Cafod fundraising Lunch, a cuppa with a friend and home for an hour in the garden, tidying up.  A quiet night in to come.
