The Ghouls

Even though one is a bat cat...after a the lollies they both turned into ghouls.

That magnificent pumpkin carving was by Jaiya and Peter who painstakingly spent last evening scraping and carving away...it was like living in an elven shoe makers shop.

P and I drove up the scenic route to Ma and Pa's today and spent a good few hours chatting and laughing...it was a lovely visit...Dad was in fine fettle which was lovely as that is not always the case.

A weird thing happened yesterday as I was uploading my pics to Photo....a vignette of last year and then the year before... 2017 came up and there was a photo of P that I had take in exactly the same spot 2 years ago in the same spot we visited yesterday...he even had on the same t'shirt and cap.....the only thing that was different was he had his camera bag with him then....now ..having only brought his point and shoot we laugh at the fact that his camera bag now fits in his pocket.
Then even weirder there was confirmation that on the 29th exactly 2 years ago we visited Fingal head lighthouse....and yep! that's where we were on the 29th this year.....(I think the tshirt was different)..must be some crazy pattern we are traveling....we are having fun though.
