It was a good thing I'd allowed extra time to get to today's local walk, because flooding meant detours. I had to turn around due to a road closure and then found the A52 was closed as well, which caused absolute havoc but luckily all in the other direction. 

Mainly flat, but beautifully autumnal walk, followed by a quick drink in the Queen's Head in Ockbrook.

P.S. I still haven't heard back from the agents following an offer I made on a house yesterday. I suspect there are more viewings next week and they're waiting to see if mine will be bettered... which it won't be by me!
