Cromer Church

Lovely to be home now with a full 13 days off work ahead of me. Today was busy getting things in a position where I can pick them up on 6th Jan and just get on. So post all indexed, and emails up to date.

At lunchtime I went out and bought Jon a couple of crochet hooks and some tiny balls of wool that are a cotton blend - let's call it an early Christmas present! He has a desire to learn to crochet, and since I got in (and literally as I type) he has one eye on The Christmas Carol BBC 1 - and the other eye and ear on a YouTube teach yourself to crochet, video. I'll add an extra photo - he is doing very well, currently making a long chain!! (I can't crochet so am very impressed)

Got home at 5.30, and had a catch up with mum and dad who drove up today. Then Mollie, Jon and I had a sneaky chinese for tea, while Dan was out with friends and Henry out for a Christmas curry courtesy of his boss.

So pleased now to be able to relax for nearly 2 weeks with my family. Definitely the best present one could wish for.
