Monopoly - the Rick and Morty version

Another lie in, and Jon even brought me a cup of tea and toast in bed!

Went in to Cromer to buy some cold and flu tablets, and to pick up Josh who was spending the day with us.

Back home, mum and dad were packing up to drive home, and Henry had gone off for a driving lesson. His test is in a couple of weeks, and we are hoping he will have done enough. But as we all know, it can be the luck of the draw on the day.

Last night, Mollie treated me to new nails. Giant stick on talons!!! It is now nearly 24 hours with them, and I feel like I have a handicap! I’m not sure how long they will last, but as we just realised we are going bowling on Sunday with the Gibbs family, then they will probably have to come off tomorrow.

I made my turkey bones into a soup yesterday so we had that for lunch. At 4 I went to bed for a few hours and the others played monopoly.

Now it more bits and pieces for tea. I don’t know what I would do without Jon and the kids as they have kept everything running smoothly while I’ve been moping about with a box of tissues and hot blackcurrant. Thank you to everyone who has sent me get well soon wishes - I’m trying hard to feel better. Believe me, I have been looking forward to this long break for so long, and really didn’t want to feel like this. Anyway, a busy weekend ahead, so another good nights sleep and more tablets might help!!
