Wide Angle Wednesday - The unquiet flow.

Ok, so the sub-theme this week is 'quiet place', and I suppose now that Morrigan's rumbling thunder has momentarily subsided Tintern is a quiet place.

The river Wye, not so much. A very wide, fast and unquiet river, as she carries the water from mid Wales to the equally fast flowing and thick brown Severn.

Further north of course it's a far noisier place, as folk are uprooted and evacuated from Ironbridge and other places under threat from the rising waters.

Not a bad day here though. But as I get home, it's plain to see bikes are like kids. You wash 'em and let 'em play awhile, and very quickly they're filthy again.
