BUS

Usual Monday for me. Fitness class this afternoon.  Shopping in Tesco.  Slimming Group this evening.  Weight stayed the same.

The weather has been sunny and dry but there's still been a bitterly cold wind.

The Mono Monday theme today is " Essential". So I have blipped a Number 97 bus. The local bus service is essential to me as I don't drive.  The Number 97 Green Arrow bus will take me to the Metrocentre, or Gateshead or Newcastle.  It runs every 15 mins ( if you're lucky ).
