Sheltering Ladybird

The garden is coming back to life, even as the chill winds yet whistle in the branches. It's cold out there, and perhaps this ladybird is feeling a bit previous at having exited hibernation. It's taking shelter in the remnants of the Rudbeckia in the back garden.

After a dreadful night's sleep, or lack thereof, it's been a quieter day than planned. Time spent working on Morrigan, who had a little chipped paintwork to deal with, and a visit out to see Noel in his new care home, followed by tea with Sheol and Cathy.

The Covid-19 soon-to-be pandemic is impacting on all sorts of things, not least our proposed European bike tour in the summer. Ah well. Janet's been buying all the toilet rolls and beans she can find, so at least we'll have some semblance of civilisation as it all crumbles around our ears.

As if Brexit wasn't bad enough.
