MCO day 12

A quiet morning starting off doing some Cosmic Yoga followed by my laundry and cleaning my space. Then I sat on the bed and downloaded loads of teaching materials for the coming week.

#1 son was out most of the morning, at Mercato (the supermarket that sells Waitrose products) and his office,in the same block. He came back a circuitous route to avoid the police road blocks.

There seemed to be a lot of lying down and sleeping this afternoon. That left the living room free for me to leap around to Abba, 'Dancing Queen' and "Mamma Mia', what else. Olivia and I also watched the Royal Ballet School performance of 'Peter and the Wolf'.

Whilst waiting for dinner, on the balcony, a drone flew by, personal or police, who knows?

Spent some time catching up with friends and a good long chat to E. There is a rumour the lockdown will go on till 28.4. Today's government text was about the penalties for spreading fake news. I'd better not spread any.

There was a huge rainstorm this afternoon and then the sunset lit up the new eyesore opposite, the Somerset building. To the left the blue block is the Polis barracks and then the red one the Bomba (Fire Brigade), yes they are colour coded.

We have more beer, Heineken, so all is not lost. #2 and 3 sons are too busy to chat but at least they are still ok.

12 down, 16 to go.
