HEARTS FOR HEROES

I felt a bit more motivated today.  I got up at a reasonable time.  I combined my daily walk with a shopping trip.  I headed for the village shops and was able to get all I wanted in Herons and Tesco.  Both shops had good procedures in place so that shoppers could keep their distance.  Neither shop was busy.

All through the night the wind was howling and it's been the same for most of the day.  Not a day for gardening thats for sure.  I did a few chores indoors and also a short workout whilst listening to one of my George Ezra CD's.

The Abstract theme is repetition. I took a single photo of my heart shaped silver brooch and made a repeating pattern using different processing and colours. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

The hearts are to thank all the unsung heroes out there... anyone working for the NHS but also shop workers, bin men, bus drivers, lorry drivers, postmen, carers, teachers, farmers, cleaners and all key workers who are keeping the country ticking over by going to work every day.

I have chosen a track from my George Ezra CD to accompany my Hearts for Heroes/ Abstract Thursday blip.

All my LOVE - by George Ezra

Everyone in my Close were on their doorsteps this evening at 8pm clapping for the NHS.  Lovely to see them all again.  And we are going to do the same every Thursday while this situation lasts.
