More Sourdough...

Another glorious sunny day so I could have posted more pictures of blinding white snow and blue sky, or of sun loungers on the veranda of the red house, where I did Tai Chi, read my book, drank coffee, and created a little vitamin D.
However, in the end it was pancakes that got blipped. They are made with left-over sourdough starter, with some added milk to make the consistency right, then an egg, just to see how it would be, and a small amount of salt.  The pancakes were delicious with cheese of different varieties.
There is some sourdough bread on the way too, but I'm not sure if it will be baked late tonight or tomorrow morning.
(It was the next morning, ie today, Sunday!)
