Beetroot curry

I have not stepped outside today so my EB is this evening's dinner: beetroot and chickpea* butterbean curry. It was delicious.

It's been a good day at work. I saw a few of my colleagues for online coffee this morning, planned an interesting project with some external colleagues, and spoke to Leo about his ideas from publishing from his PhD. I just wish this activity could have taken place face-to-face on campus.

Mr hazelh and I will play Carcassonne tonight. I doubt, however, that this will match the high drama of last night's Scrabble game.

*Mr hazelh is allergic to chickpeas.
