MM - A-Lone Bullfinch

The theme for MM this week is "alone" so I was happy when I got  this shot of the female Bullfinch.  I took the long lens out today not really expecting to see much wildlife but I was very pleasantly surprised;  someone had told me that there were Kingfishers to be seen here and that's really the reason I decided to go take a look.  I didn't see Kingfishers but it's a nice change to go somewhere new and not travel far either. -   no Kingfishers, but there were butterflies, moor hens and wagtails and of course this lovely bullfinch.
