I lovely early morning walk today, the weather was so lovely.

I caught up with a very old friend on the phone who I haven’t seen for six years, my friend Francesca, we met in London in the 90s.

My dad is doing really well!

Max, Gulliver and I have started watching Versailles on prime, Amazing sets and costumes.

Another day of Pilates and tens machine on hot water bottle on the back et cetera et cetera.
