Waiting for the dawn

I'm far from the only person with disturbed sleep at the moment. What a nonsense it's been this morning. Luckily today promises to be quiet even by pandemic standards and there are no planned pressures on my time. I might have 40 winks this afternoon.

Here is the approaching dawn - looking east at about 07:00. I'd heard the gritting lorry go past a couple of hours before this but it didn't seem frosty when I poked my head out the back door.

Last night's quiz was great fun. Well done to the person who set the questions and ran the show. We finished in mid table anonymity - like Stirling Albion in a good season.
