Arizona Dreamin’

Rock Tower

I really don't know how anyone can do this. I think  it would be cool to have one in my yard. This one is in the local park. That cactus to the left is a saguaro. In about 30 years it might be tall enough to really look like one. The photo looks cool in large  :-)

When I woke up and picked up my phone (8:00) I was shocked to see that the temperature was 30°/-1.1°. Since the sun had already risen, it meant that it was even colder overnight. I wasn't prepared for that so the water dishes were frozen. I still need to hang a new feeder and stuff the suet log. I did toss some seed about for the ground feeders.

After taking care of the water, I went out for breakfast. I put on socks that went to my knees, jeans, a long-sleeved t-shirt and a heavy hooded sweatshirt. That worked fine for about 30 minutes outside as I ate but I started melting with the beating of the sun. Now it's all the way up to 73°/ 22.7° and I have the doors and windows open and I've changed into shorts, a baggy shirt and sandals.  In about two hours, I will be changing back into warmer clothes. (Since this has taken me almost 2 hours to write, it's time to close everything up and change clothes again.)

Some random thoughts:
* Blipper bugsman posted her 4745th blip today - that's 13 years worth!
* This P!NK song has gotten 1.2 BILLION views on TouYube. A fave.
* Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.
