Hill of a long way

Today the weather would be hard to surpass on a December day. It was stonking, even warm, and it made me want to retract a lifetime of complaining about the British climate. We walked a fairly epic coastal route from Seaton to Sidmouth, involving many clifftop fields, muddy trails, steep descents into valleys and gruelling climbs up inclines. Amazing views and wonderfully placed benches to enjoy the scenery. Our legs held out just long enough to walk to the bus stop in Sidmouth, after which the bus dropped us back in Seaton within 30 minutes, as opposed to the 5 hours it had taken to do the walk.

Han and I were able to join our uni gang’s Christmas quiz together for the first time, and it was wonderful to be able to confer with someone. We don’t know much about trashy Christmas films or Christmas themed Disney trivia, so didn’t perform wonderfully. Why don’t Christmas quizzes have more on African geography?
