Nope ....

... not Mono Monday!

I was sitting in the back yard taking pictures of the squirrels for my SquirrelsEtc journal when this lovely Carolina Wren landed on the deck railing.  He/she didn't seem to be bothered by my being there but it didn't venture any closer than this.  My photo is cropped a bit ... but not too much.  I was probably about 8-9 feet away at the time I shot this. 

So ... he/she is my blipfoto star today.  And no MM entry for me.  I had no need to go out today so getting a MM shot would have been difficult.  Besides I was at a total loss of what to do anyway.  So this little cutie saved the day for me!
