An ordinary life....

For hands that do dishes...

Continuing to chronicle my crochet achievements, I lay before you my first dishcloth :-))

It's not quite finished as I got distracted from doing the border by a TV programme about the last days of the Trump Presidency.  I hadn't planned on watching it but it was on in the background and I got distracted by it.  Unbelievable.  I wonder how history will remember the last four years?

Anyway my dishcloth (100% cotton :-) is my blip offering today.  It's a gift for David.  He seemed underwhelmed #ungrateful

In other news, I attended my first RPS Scotland Advisory Day zoom meeting.  My photography mojo has been MIA for a long time and I hoped it would inject me with some enthusiasm.

It was great seeing two panels being discussed in detail, then observers (of which I was one :-) had been asked to submit one photo, so getting to see all the observer's photos and hearing feedback on those (from other observers) was inspiring and has certainly made me enthusiastic about picking up my camera again.  So, a successful outcome I would say.

Remind me I said that in three weeks when I still haven't picked up the Canon!

And I've just remembered that my birthday gift from Alan arrives tomorrow.  Another Afternoon Tea!  I suspect it will be from the same lady as before and there are no complaints from me about that.  It was fab!  Looking forward to it immensely :-)
