Stone cushion

I intended using a macro shot of this moss for Tiny Tuesday and then saw it was a theme of red and heart shaped today. Also I preferred this shot which shows one of the top stones on a local, Yorkshire dry stone wall covered in bright green moss and dusted with the fine powder snow we’ve been getting for the last few days.
They were working in the electricity ‘hole’ at the bottom of the road this morning, clearing out the water. I didn’t envy them, they did assure us there wouldn’t be another power cut.
Lots of sunshine and lots of showers, some brief but heavy, but this isn’t the type of snow to stick. Maybe too cold as well, nothing over 0 degrees today.

Chris has been contacted to get his jab in Bingley. Yorkshire seems to be really ahead of the game, seems I’m a bit too young at the moment!

If you were concerned about Grace not getting her flowers she did get a surprise delivery today.
