If you can't beat them...

Wild Garlic.

The not infrequent excursions into the garden by the beck has over the years started a clump of Wild Garlic under the Whitebeam.  I say clump I should actually be more correct to call it a swathe.

It would appear Wild Garlic (also known as Ramsons) is in demand.  Over the years we have exported it to Kanyl, a local Chef, Edinburgh and Sheffield.  They are in my opinion at their best in spring when the white flowers are massed along the side of Clickychick's "woodland" garden.
