Happy Easter ...

... collage.

There were too many pictures to choose from to only choose one!

We had a really lovely Easter Sunday spent in great company ... each other! The weather was absolutely gorgeous so after lunch we went for a long walk (see bottom right picture) at Housenick Memorial Park.

We saw so many great things ... from lots of different blooming flowers (buttercups!) to our first turtle sighting of the year (bottom middle picture).  And there were lots of other people out also enjoying this fabulous Spring day.  The only negative for me was when a group of three people walked towards us on the trail and stayed three abreast ... nearly walking right into us!  I hate that!  We always go single file when we encounter other walkers ... which I think is the right thing to do right now.

Anyway ... my collage also features a squirrel and little Miss Chipster (Chipmunk) enjoying their Easter basket treats.  And the bottom left picture is of the eggs we had fun dying last night.  It brought back lovely memories of us dying eggs with our youngest niece (who is now 20 years old) many years ago.

Later on I baked some ham for our supper and the we relaxed for the rest of the night.  The highlight of the day was talking to a good blip friend who we will be visiting with soon!  And I can't wait to see her again! xoxo
