On the way home

We went to recycling and did some grocery shopping. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes to get into the grocery store while G did some other chores in town - it was freezing! The woman in front of me said it felt like snow. Fortunately we just got rain.
I only took one photo in town so decided to take some triple exposures from the car as we drove home. I could have found something to blip around the house but am just posting this. We've been watching some of the men's world curling championship from Calgary. Canada and Scotland have qualified for the Olympics. Depending on results from games later, they might play each other to advance in the tournament. I'll be cheering for Scotland, but also hope Canada plays well.
A friend's daughter is married to David Murdoch, two-time world junior champion and two-time world men's champion. She met him when the world tournament was held in Victoria and now lives in Sterling. He's the British Olympic head coach for the 2020-21 season. He's in Calgary with the Scottish team but our friend can't travel to see him because of covid.
