Fresh out of the Packet!

This female orange tip butterfly is so fresh she's not finished pumping life into her wings yet. I took several iPhone shots before Janet brought me my macro setup, and she wasn't about to fly anywhere. 

A few minutes later she was ready, and a holly blue came a bit close and she was off! It was then that Janet decided to look into the Belfast sink water feature and disturbed a huge dragonfly nymph. Of course, I didn't get a shot, but she certainly got a shock! Nightmare looking creatures!

The dental thing remains a gentle reminder of previous pain, and feels to the tentative probing tongue like there is healing going on. In happier news Janet's all vaccined up now. My turn soon...
