Fun side of 'Teams'

Today during our Friday frolic (our once a week virtual team get together where we have a bit of chill time) Matthew discovered a new setting on Teams, where it propelled us all from the boring squares, to fun settings....oh my goodness we were like a bunch of kids moving from a board room, to a cinema to an undersea world to a multitude of other scenes. In the above you can see us in just 4 of those. Haven't laughed so much at worksince long before covid.

In the afternoon, Manda came over and we went to see a solicitor in Hoddesdon to sort out some bits, and get advice. A useful visit.

Then we stopped in the town which was really quite bustling. Nicer than I've seen it for a long time, although to be fair the long time I spent here last year was November/December so not the best time. We sat at a table outside Cafe Nero and had tea, watching the street traders and putting the world to rights. It was a nice time. Couldn't persuade mum to do it in the future alone though. I always take the opportunity if I'm in Cromer to stop for a drink, whether overlooking the sea, or in the town.

Back home and mum had a bath while I prepared last nights leftovers for our dinner.

Now we are at the cinema in Harlow with Manda and her gang, waiting to watch James Bond!
