A good Qigong session this morning.  I missed it last week so it was good to be back again.  Very much needed and appreciated.

Other than that a dreich day, again  so not a lot else to do.  Am catching up on my EDPS Photo-a-Day and IP365 entries as I've fallen behind again.  Then to do some revising going back to my first AYWMC book as I seem to have forgotten quite a bit.

Other than that not a lot to say today.  So I will now go and read your blips.
