It's a beautiful day!

Even though it's raining. Today 'Keep Oban Beautiful' received an award certificate from 'Keep Scotland Beautiful'. A few weeks ago a couple of us met with a volunteer assessor from KSB whose job it is to communicate with local groups who are trying to make a difference in their own localities. 

We had a good discussion, although the content was more about what we're hoping to do rather than what we've achieved! Nevertheless it was encouraging to be awarded this certificate and it gives me some more  determination to get out there and actually do something! Wandering around with a litter picker and bag is really not good enough!
