It's Abstract Thursday!

The renovations are well underway and the plumbing team spent all day finding the necessary pipes and extending them to what will be our new ensuite.  It hasn't been entirely comfortable in the rest of the house as the work necessitated a lot of opening of windows doors and loft hatches.  

Fortunately the day was one of clear blue skies and we were not unhappy when we were asked to do an extra pick up of Violet from school.  It was whilst parked that I took this phone shot through the sunshine roof of the car.  I've altered the colour slightly and obtained the striped edging by using a PS Elements filter: Other, Offset, option 2 Repeat Edge Pixel.  I'm detailing what I did as much for my sake as anyone's as I'll forget what I did if I don't write it down!

In other news: Covid self isolation is to be cut to 5 days in England from Monday, provided that the person has had 2 negative LFTs on days 4 and 5.
