Welcome to the Year of the Tiger.

I did a whole 60 minutes in the pool this morning  That is the first time for years and  years. 

The rest of the day was spent as usual - catching up and tidying up tasks.  I was also waiting for an Amazon delivery that didn't come to mid afternoon.  I had a quick gallop down to Margiotta for a card and to try and post a package, which I failed to do.  A rethink required. Spoke to A.  He is tired but well. 

J and D came by on their way home but D can't help so back to Plan A.

Celebrated Chinese New Year with more M&S take away and watched TV - a lovely programme on BBC Alba about Phill Cunningham's music and lovely scenery before catching up with 'The Responder' before bed. I'll have to watch the whole of the Phil Cunningham programme. It was very restful and mindful.

Appalling news today from both the Met Police and Raith Rovers.  The revelations from the Met were particularly awful.  What are we doing to our young men/mem to allow them to think that such behaviour is acceptable.
