Visible Orange Tip

It turned a bit chilly this afternoon. Perfect for bug hunting, the critters aren't so full of beans. I first saw this male orange tip facing towards the right on a flowering grass head. It was perfectly camouflaged. When it turned its cover was broken as it has a damaged wing which revealed the orange.

I spotted the dark bush cricket nymph in extras a few days ago. I was pleased when I got a shot of it today with a dandelion as a backdrop.
