Cook-out and movie night!

Wednesday June 8
Another hot sweaty day working in the warehouse. We started half an hour earlier today, at 8.30, to try and beat some of the heat, stopping work by 3 pm, which is when several of the regular workers stop work - the warehouse is only open to the public until 2.30 pm. In the evening the church we were staying at (see extra) was hosting a cook out and movie night for the community. It was supposed to be outside, but it looked like there may be storms coming in, so they decided to set up the tables and inflatable screen inside. My shots were taken before the meal, but there were three long tables, and most seats were filled by the time the meal started. The movie was Frozen 2, so most of our group left and did something else, for the rest of the evening, but we decided to pretend we were kids and stayed to watch it. At least with having the film inside, they were able to start it earlier than if it was outside where they would have to wait until it was almost dark. So that way, we were still able to get a fairly early night.
