I'm tired and it's late, but we've all had a good day.

We were thinking about going for a walk around the nature reserve this morning when my son in law's aunt called round for a catch up, which was nice because I hadn't seen her for a couple of months.

When she'd gone Rose and I and the children set off on our walk. We had a lovely time, picking blackberries, jumping off boulders, stroking slugs, seeing brown butterflies, picking acorns and, as seen here, trying to climb a tree.

Later there was a bbq at Pappa's house two doors down.
