Tiny Tuesday ...

... in your hand.

In my hand is another beautiful male monarch that emerged today ... along with a female.   We sent him on his way in memory of my Dad ... who passed away 21 years ago yesterday.  Miss you daddy.

We only have one more chrysalis in our final butterfly enclosure.  This will wrap up our monarch nursery for the year.  We had many successes but also some heartbreaks as well.  In total (so far) we have released 21 monarchs since our first one on July 30 ... see Extra in link.  There were 10 females and 11 males.  The one remaining butterfly will probably emerge tomorrow ... stay tuned.
