A close relationship

Mum loves her iPad. She has had one for a few years now and it is always by her side, unless it is open and in use.

It's proved a great companion by allowing her to keep in touch with friends, far and near. The text can be enlarged which is good if you have poor eyesight.

Today has been much as yesterday. Mum still can't stand and her right leg is weeping. We had two visits from the district nurses. Mum officially has "wet leg" - what a great descriptor that is! She is now bandaged firmly and the aim is to increase the pressure with a surgical stocking, if she can stand the pain.

Dick came to finish cutting the grass, but the rain appeared again and was very heavy.

Margaret (across the road) and Margret (next door) appeared within 5 minutes of each other.

After last night's blip, I though I might try to photograph Mum's hands again.
