SEED HEADS

Nothing much to report today.  Pottered around at home doing nothing much until it was time to head out to Slimming Club.  No lift tonight as Michelle is on holiday.  Fortunately the weather was dry while I was out.

Group was busier this evening.  18 members stayed after getting weighed.  The meeting had a Halloween theme and our consultant Lisa was dressed as a witch.  She was wearing a full length black dress and a witches hat. We voted for our Miss Slinky.  The result will be announced next week.  No need to vote for Mr Sleek - that has to be Tony as hes the only man in our group. I lost half a pound again.

Walk home was in the dark.  Not keen on coming home in the dark but at least my route is through well lit streets.
