Coaxing

Clocks went back but we ignored it til mid afternoon when we then had tea and a toasted bagel and a guilt free hour’s sit down!
We’d started early, at the dog field, where Paisley had a great run around although wasn’t that keen on jumping through hoops (are any of us?!) and preferred chasing her rugby ball.
Afterwards A and I had some coffee and a pastry then headed to Fort Kinnaird to browse more homeware, then stopped at the supermarket on the way home and got our last week’s joint food shopping in. Unpacked it all then I did a bit of browsing of rainwear for the winter whilst A did her Master’s module work.
Later I made flapjack/granola bars and a fish, tomato and bean Spanish stew for supper. In the evening A was alarmed at hiccups in transferring money from premium bonds for her mortgage but hopefully managed to sort it. We watched the documentary on the finding of Richard III’s skeleton in Leicester…..oh dear why did they construct it as they did? I can imagine the archaeologists and other specialists at the University feeling somewhat aggrieved by the approach taken.
