Kibblesworth Millennium Hall

Kibblesworth is a small village in Co Durham. It has an excellent Millennium Hall and the Northern Documentary Group of the RPS meets there regularly. It is very near to the A1, just south of Newcastle, so it is a good place for most people to access.

Today we had a big catch up. I had not seen some people for a VERY long time. After chatting about the future with ideas for an exhibition next year and various projects, some of us showed images.

I had ten images from the trip to Blyth on October 20th. We were asked to take 10 images or to do our presentation in under 10 minutes. Most people managed, often with 20 images, but one provided 97 images. They were interesting, but......

While I was away, Sharon looked after Mum, handing over to Joan, Annette came to clean and Beth, the district nurse, came to do Mum's dressings. I think Mum was quite tired after all the visitors.

I have continued to struggle with Camera RAW since the latest Photoshop update. I can open images in RAW and process them. Then they do not open into Photoshop. I've had advice from various techy people and have tried changing various settings. It is frustrating to say the least.

Today's image is part of the gate posts of Kibblesworth Millennium Hall. It is by Willian Pyn, Northumbrian blacksmith sculptor. Very fine it is too.
