Wedges

A busy day at work which included a couple of mill jobs. One of the jobs was to cut 400 wedges they are only 300mm (12inches) long so had to cut the timber to length and then make up a jig to slide in and out of the big bandsaw a job that is a bit repetitive. I decided to take a shot of them in a big bulk bag and give it a sepia effect. They are for the local fire brigade for their training depart where they practice making building and other things safe.
A trip to visit Mum this evening who is doing fine and she even went to a local Tesco express today shopping by herself with the aid of her trolley like she use to so fingers crossed she is feeling more like getting out and about a bit.
Back home watching some football on TV tonight with Julie who is off work
