Winter Solstice +1

Oh yes, it was kill or cure as Sue and I together with our coughs bared nearly all to wade into the sea at Porty at 8am today. It was an incredibly mild morning although the sea is now beginning to feel much colder. 7 minutes was an adequate immersion time for the cure all /kill all loony dook- so aptly named!

Back we went to Sue’s for a session in her sauna followed by coffee and Christmas cake in her cosy warm house. A perfect morning by any standard. Thank you, Sue!
