It has flowered...

It being my cactus.  It usually flowers really well but this year I almost lost the plant .. its leaves went a reddish colour and it always looked rather limp.  Eventually I decided it was time to repot it so I took it out and removed a lot of the outside soil around the roots and repotted it into the same pot with new cactus soil.  It has seriously perked up the leaves look plump and green and all sign of pink has gone.... and.. there are two flowers .. Hurrah!

Today has been a marmaladey kind of day and another batch is in the cupboard tonight.  Cold outside  and steamy inside. 
Another two items sold on ebay from our great clear out so they were posted.  
Plans afoot for a trip away with the girls in April.. exciting!
