Third time lucky today, Anglian Windows arrived to fit a new sill to my patio windows. The whole two doors had to be dismantled and removed, right down to the brick, so that a new sill could be fitted and then it was all put back together again. Very clean and tidy and I don't need to touch any paintwork up.

Meanwhile I went into the garden and sunk the slabs below turf level, it's going to need mowing soon.

After Anglian left, the carpet fitters arrived. Then I hoovered and put the furniture back... all except the bed, which will be taken to bits and reinstalled in its rightful place tomorrow.
