15 years

That is how long it has been since the day I first heard the words “acoustic neuroma”, and first saw this ominous white blob in my brain. A brain tumor - not something I was ever expecting! But here I am, possibly even somewhat richer for the experience. I don’t know if I would have rediscovered photography were it not for this, not sure if I would have learned how to slow down and “be.” (Okay, to be fair, I’m still learning the latter). So I will do a little looking back and reflecting today, and count all my many blessings.

And something dark and chocolatey will be on the menu.
