Speckled Wood

This speckled wood butterfly was sitting around on nettle leaves in Claustenum Fen this morning, together with two compadres.  Isn't (she?) a beauty?  I was hoping to find one there.

Altogether a longer walk than I'd intended and when I got home I had then to take Hazel out for hers.  Have I overdone it?  Quite probably.
